The Career Coaching Programme is suitable for individuals wishing to improve their skills, behaviours and performance at work in order to step up to the requirements of the next promotion level, as well as those looking to find a new role. We work to agreed goals and milestones using three components:

  • Six challenging coaching sessions, at intervals to suit you, plus telephone and email support in between.
  • A psychometric test, specific to your requirements, with a 1:1 feedback session with our Organisational Psychologist. This test could provide greater awareness of areas such as your professional and personal styles, your values and career drivers, your performance under stress, or a portrait of how you see yourself and how you are seen through the eyes of others.
  • An executive presence session. This will involve you talking to camera, using your own content, to enhance the first impression you make and your leadership or interview skills. We work on your voice, gestures and posture as well as helping you to develop your message with more impact.
