Stage One:

Two-hour intensive 1:1 session to check-in and review your progress towards the future you want to create.

This is an opportunity to go way beyond the normal career appraisal process and consider much deeper questions, in a facilitated process:

  • What are your professional and personal priorities and how much of your time is spent focusing on achieving these?
  • Are you the person you want to be, with the life you want?  If not, where’s the gap and what actions can you take to bridge it?
  • What does success look like for you and how much are you prepared to commit to achieve it?
  • What’s your reputation in your organisation? Is this going to take you to where you want to go? How are you differentiating yourself from your peers? What’s the reputation you deserve?
  • What have you achieved this year and are you communicating your wins?
  • Who do you need to influence and what is the message you want to communicate?
  • What are your leadership credentials?  Do you think, look like and behave like the leader you want to be?  Would you work for you?
  • What do you need to change this year in order to get you to where you want? 
  • What could derail you? 

Stage Two:

A one hour call after two months (or appropriate interval) to review actions and ensure you remain on track to achieve your priorities.
