Maximising Your Leadership PotentialMy customised leadership development programmes combine group masterclasses, individual or team coaching, and peer mentoring relationships. They usually last from six to nine months and are jointly created with the organisational sponsor.

Investment: A programme of four group masterclasses and three individual coaching sessions, plus some activities in between sessions, costs c. £4,300 per delegate per cohort of eight (at time of publication). This includes all diagnostic and development costs. All programmes are bespoke to meet your organisational challenges, but here’s my most common structure.

It was fantastic to work with Zena to develop a hybrid working plan for my team of 50. Zena expertly guided my management team and I through all the noise around new ways of working.
