Executive Coaching Programme

Relish the challenges of your leadership role

I coach senior people within their organisation, usually as part of a broader talent management programme to retain and develop top performers. Coaching reinforces strengths and ensures your expensive hires thrive and add significant value. It reduces cognitive overload, increases self-awareness and helps focus attention. This accelerates the rate at which individuals meet challenges such as:

  • The demands of a new position and stretch performance targets
  • Getting off the Crazy Busy bandwagon
  • Critical career decision making
  • Aligning your priorities to meet conflicting and challenging demands
  • Organisational change management programmes
  • Work/life imbalances and coping with stress
  • Transition from a management to a leadership role
  • The transition from functional head to leading multi-functional teams
  • Defining personal leadership style
  • Strategy, sales or marketing planning — challenging stale/habitual thinking
  • Fixing whatever is holding someone back
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Identifying potential de-railers, over-used strengths and blind-spots (such as micro-management, perfectionism, desire to be a fixer/hero, lack of influence, weak listening skills, over-commitment and under-delivery, resistance to change, self-sabotage, poor work/life balance, lack of confidence, unrestrained ego, unhelpful defence mechanisms). The strengths that get you through earlier stages of your career can get in the way later on.
  • Passing selection panels for promotion.

Coaching with me is inspiring, though-provoking, effective and liberating.

I have been coaching since 2009 and my initial psychodynamic counselling training keeps me alert to unconscious processes and boundaries.

In my sessions I use a  combination of performance  and psychological coaching models including GROW, cognitive behavioural coaching, Transactional Analysis theories and Nancy Kline’s Time to Think framework, as well as my own coaching exercises.  My qualifications and more testimonials are on my LinkedIn profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/zenaeverett.

Cost: A programme of six coaching sessions, including 360 degree feedback, is £6,900 plus VAT.  Sessions usually last between 90 minutes and two hours and are held at three or four week intervals.

Psychometric assessment can also be included, priced separately.

Hi Zena, I wanted to share some exciting news – I’ve received my promotion! I’m now Director of Brand & Marketing. I’m so proud and – as you know – reflective on how I got here. I want to thank you again for all of the support you gave me and clarity you helped me find. There has been a noticeable improvement (that I’ve observed) in how I’m handling my position and navigating the environment here.

Zena is a highly regarded coach.  She is insightful, practical but focused on leadership/strategic career goals.  Zena doesn’t miss a trick, she will focus on everything you say, unpick it all, challenge, and then, as a true coach, get you to the right, impactful, life changing answers.

Zena was an outstanding coach when I did my EMBA at the University of Oxford’s Said Business School. She helped to shape and articulate my thinking on my future goals and aspirations. I highly recommend her services to any executive that requires a business coach.
